All of our products are machine washable.

Machine wash on cold - if your washer has a gentle setting, please use it.

Never tumble dry your Posh as it may damage the delicate fibers; instead, air dry your throw or pillow.

A few notes upon arrival:

Your throw has traveled far to be in your home. Upon arrival, we recommend shaking out your Posh Pelt to allow the fibers to breath and shake off any loose fibers.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line - we will do our best to give an estimate on the next shipment.

In addition, please sign up for our newsletter as product updates (including new products) will be sent out periodically.

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a full refund within 30 days if the product is in new condition or has minimal wear, subject to our discretion.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are located.
